Job summary

The position requires supervising staff, training on safety (including HACCP), scheduling, and coordinating with vendors to maintain accurate inventory and minimize shrinkage. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years experience in customer service, OR Any appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Computer Literacy
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentation.
• Commitment to company values and strong customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with large customers and ensures proper customer service.
• Supervises Floor team to assure shelves are stocked and merchandise rotated.
• Develops schedules, monitors performance and enforces discipline as appropriate.
• Trains employees in responsibilities and safe operating procedures.
• Interviews candidates and recommends hires.
