Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee the Floor department, ensuring aisles are stocked, labeled, clean, and that delivered products are properly packed out. You will lead the team, manage schedules, and coordinate inventory while maintaining HACCP compliance and strong customer service.

The role requires supervising Floor staff, training employees, and maintaining accurate inventory levels, pricing, and vendor communications in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer service or retail management.
• Ability to interpret business data and HACCP-related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages staff schedules; monitors performance and discipline as needed.
• Trains employees in duties and safety procedures.
• Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, and inventory controls to prevent shrinkage.
