Jetro Cash & Carry Enterprises, Inc. in Chicopee, MA is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations, ensure shelves are stocked, labeled, clean, and that delivered product is processed efficiently.

You'll supervise floor staff, coordinate with the Assistant Branch Manager, manage schedules, reinforce HACCP compliance, verify pricing, and partner with vendors to maintain inventory and minimize shrinkage while delivering strong customer service to large accounts.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.

Mansioni

• Develops schedules, monitors performance and recommends proper discipline as appropriate.
• Interviews candidates and recommends for hires.
• Ensures HACCP compliance and conducts HACCP audits.
• Reviews inventory daily for product rotation to prevent shrinkage and damages.
• Maintains accurate computer inventory levels with regular physical inventories.
• Supervises ordering of products from vendors to ensure competitive pricing and minimize shrinkage.
• Coordinates pallets with proper block and date tags.
• Maintains cleanliness of the area with regular maintenance and cleaning of pallets.
