Jetro Cash & Carry Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the Floor department, ensuring efficient receiving, stocking, labeling and top-tier customer service for large customers.

You will supervise assistants and stockers, create schedules, train staff, and uphold HACCP compliance while maintaining accurate inventory and pricing. This role requires strong leadership and merchandising skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or HS diploma with 4+ years in customer service.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
• Ability to calculate discounts, percentages and other figures.
• Effective oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with standard software.

• Ensure customer service excellence and build relationships with large customers.
• Supervise staff to keep shelves stocked and merchandise rotated.
• Develop schedules, monitor performance and implement discipline when needed.
• Train employees in duties and safe operating procedures.
