Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee the Floor department, manage receiving, stocking, labeling, and customer service, and supervise a team including an Assistant Floor Manager and Floor Supervisors. The role emphasizes HACCP compliance, inventory control, and accurate pricing.

The Floor Manager will develop staff schedules, monitor performance, and ensure proper inspections and audits while maintaining clean, well-organized aisles and adjacent areas for optimal shopping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, OR
• High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years experience in customer service, OR
• Any appropriate combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Develops schedules and monitors performance; discipline as appropriate.
• Supervises Floor staff to ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise rotated.
• Trains employees in job responsibilities and safety procedures (HACCP compliance).
• Interviews candidates and recommends hires.
