• Supervise Assistant Floor Manager, Floor Supervisors, and Stockers; coordinate schedules and discipline as needed.
• Ensure HACCP procedures are followed and conduct periodic audits across the floor.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform regular physical counts; manage shrink and spoilage.
• Train employees on duties and safety procedures; interview and assist in hiring decisions.
