Qualifications

• Computer literacy and basic software use

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper customer service and develop relationships with large customers
• Supervise Floor staff and coordinate with Assistant Floor Manager and Stockers
• Develop schedules, monitor performance and apply disciplinary action when needed
• Train employees on responsibilities and safety procedures
• Interview candidates and make hiring recommendations
• Maintain HACCP compliance and conduct HACCP audits
• Review inventory daily to prevent shrinkage and manage rotation
• Ensure accurate pricing and reflect market conditions
