Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is hiring an Assistant Floor Manager to assist the Floor Manager in ensuring product availability, freshness, and customer satisfaction. You will help drive sales, minimize losses, and maintain strict quality standards in a busy warehouse environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and ability to operate warehouse equipment while following HACCP and OSHA guidelines. Join a team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and train team members and build relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain safety.
• Effectively manage warehouse operations and inventory.
• Communicate clearly and give concise instructions to the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service with sincerity and respect.
• Communicate with customers and respond promptly to questions.
• Operate equipment and follow OSHA and HACCP guidelines.
• Maintain product presentation, rotation, labeling and replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels with cycle counts and ensure in-stock products.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse equipment and operational execution.
• Execute department procedures per Corporate Audit guidelines.
• Utilize selling skills to increase sales and apply suggestive selling.
• Identify code dating issues and shrink opportunities to protect quality.
• Plan shift tasks, maintain cleanliness, and perform housekeeping duties.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring and scheduling; comply with laws and safety programs.
• Support other warehouse areas as needed and be able to work with or without accommodation.
