Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support retail, grocery and warehouse operations. You will help drive performance, ensure compliance and maintain standards across all departments, working closely with the Store Manager to reinforce accountability and align with company policies, audit expectations and goals.

In this role you will assist with staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and daily operations while maintaining customer service excellence and safe,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse or grocery environments.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory support role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations to ensure efficient execution and alignment with standards.
• Assist in enforcing compliance with company policies, procedures and audit requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics including sales, inventory accuracy and execution of standards.
• Reinforce accountability with department managers to ensure responsibilities are executed.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and coordination of team activities.
• Support inventory control, receiving, merchandising and operational processes.
• Maintain strong customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety, food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate operational risks or gaps to the Store Manager.
• Support maintaining branch organization, cleanliness and readiness.
