Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver seamless, intuitive, and gracious service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistency and adherence to fine dining standards.
• Build strong guest relationships through personalized service and anticipate guest needs.
• Train and develop FOH staff to foster growth, teamwork, and excellence.
• Manage scheduling, labor budgets, and workflows to optimize service and financial goals.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Assistant GM to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and professionalism across FOH operations.
• Represent the brand on the floor with confidence and warmth.
