Job summary

CUT by Wolfang Puck is seeking a polished Server in New York to deliver exceptional, personalized service in a high‑volume, upscale steakhouse. Strong menu knowledge and refined service technique are required to anticipate guest needs from greeting to farewell.

You will take accurate orders, coordinate with kitchen and support staff for timely execution, maintain a pristine section, handle guest questions with confidence, and represent the CUT and Wolfgang Puck brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in upscale or high-volume restaurant.
• Steakhouse or luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service throughout the guest experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the menu, including steaks, preparations, accompaniments, and wine/cocktail pairings.
• Accurately take and enter orders, pacing service appropriately for each table.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and support staff to ensure timely, precise execution.
• Maintain a polished section, including table maintenance, resets, and side work.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns with confidence and grace.
• Adhere to all service standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Represent the CUT and Wolfgang Puck brand with professionalism at all times.
