CUT by Wolfgang Puck, located at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, is seeking a dynamic and polished Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional with refined New York fine dining experience to be part of one of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants.

As an Assistant General Manager at CUT, you will partner closely with the General Manager to elevate every aspect of the guest experience, foster a culture of excellence among the team, and ensure the seamless execution of service in one of the most competitive and exciting dining markets in the world.

Pay: $95000 - $105000 / year

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a talented front-of-house team to deliver flawless, intuitive, and gracious service at every touchpoint.
• Support daily operations with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring consistency in execution and adherence to fine dining standards.
• Build guest loyalty through genuine hospitality and a personalized approach, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Oversee training, development, and performance standards for FOH staff, ensuring team members are set up for success.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling expectations, balancing operational needs with financial goals.
• Partner with the General Manager to drive business performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop FOH leaders and team members, fostering a culture of professional growth, respect, and teamwork.
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, safety, and professionalism at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience as an AGM, GM, or comparable FOH leader in a New York City fine dining restaurant (Michelin-star, luxury hotel dining, or comparable high-profile environment strongly preferred).
• Impeccable knowledge of hospitality, food, wine, and cocktail culture, with a strong presence on the floor.
• A leadership style that combines poise, warmth, and authority, motivating teams to consistently achieve excellence.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable, world-class guest experiences.
