Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader at Clackamas Town Center to coach a sales team, drive store performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on product demos, training, and maintaining high standards across the floor to support store goals.

You will lead a team on the shop floor, educate customers on brand values, and boost engagement through visual and experiential merchandising while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching and training staff.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through coaching and adjusting floor layouts based on metrics.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical standards.
• Develop product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on techniques.
• Support DEIB initiatives and promote an inclusive team culture.
