Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce results and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: lead on-floor by example, deliver world-class service and product demos.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
