Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader in Oregon to support the Store Management Team on sales, training, and operations. You’ll lead a team of Sales Ambassadors, drive customer service excellence, and uphold StoreForce-driven coaching to meet goals.

You’ll manage cash handling, visuals, stock, and daily operations while embodying Lush’s ethical standards and DEIB commitment. This is a part-time role with 20–29 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service
• Fast-paced team environment experience
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations on the shop floor
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical commitments
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Encourage DEIB through open communication and collaboration
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and secure daily deposits
• Monitor attendance, breaks, and shift readiness; ensure store readiness and organization
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays
• Train team on inventory practices and respond to stock needs
• Ensure compliance with policies and health and safety standards
