Job summary

Lush is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader at Clackamas Town Center to mentor the sales team, drive daily sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor. You will lead product demos, uphold Lush brand values, and role-model ethical practices in a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

You will develop product knowledge, coach ambassadors, and ensure a positive, collaborative workplace that motivates staff and delights customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback and training.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver world-class customer experience and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and in community events.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
