Skechers is seeking a Key Holder to help run daily store operations and mentor a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support sales goals, oversee opening and closing, and ensure exceptional customer service across Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory roles or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to oversee store operations and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on products and ensure great shopper experiences.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor teammates in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales & Goals: Help achieve store and individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Merchandise planning, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Manage stock and coordinate with management on needs.
