Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Key Holder to oversee daily store operations, mentor staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in an entry-level retail leadership role. You will support sales goals and help maintain the store’s premium shopping environment.

In this role, you will supervise openings and closings, mentor teammates, and contribute to achieving store targets while growing your career within the Skechers global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal forms.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and help shoppers find the right fit and improve their experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and security.
• Mentor and support team members in basic retail duties and customer service.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines while coordinating with store management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
