Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a motivated Key Holder to join our store team. In this entry-level leadership role, you’ll support daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and mentor team members to deliver a premium shopping experience.

This position offers room to grow within our global Skechers brand and advance toward Retail Management. You will supervise opening/closing, uphold security and merchandising standards, and help achieve sales targets through effective product

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate a frontline team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver expert product advice.
• Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service and sales.
• Work to achieve store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans and keep the store clean and inviting.
• Oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges promptly.
