Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations, mentor the team, and help achieve sales goals. This entry-level management role focuses on retail leadership, customer service, and maintaining Skechers' premium shopping environment.

In this position you will oversee daily operations, assist with opening/closing, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience while pursuing growth within a global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure every shopper leaves with the perfect fit and great experience.
• Supervise daily operations, including store opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
• Mentor and support team members to grow skills in entry-level retail functions.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and coordinate with management to address needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
