Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to lead daily store operations, mentor staff, and help deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic Skechers environment. This entry-level management role focuses on opening/closing, security, and driving sales within a global lifestyle brand.

You will learn Retail Leadership skills, support sales goals, and have opportunities for advancement as part of Skechers' team. 18+ and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail supervision or leadership is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance on Skechers products and ensure the best fitting experience for customers.
• Supervise daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor team members in customer service, sales and daily operations.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and assist management with operational needs.
