Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice on Skechers products to ensure customers find the perfect fit and a great experience.
• Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing, ensuring security and high standards.
• Mentor and support team members to develop skills in customer service, sales and daily operations.
• Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines with management to address operational needs.
• Proactively identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
