Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) in Southern California to support store operations, mentor team members, and help deliver exceptional customer service.

In this entry-level management role, you will oversee daily opening and closing procedures, contribute to sales goals, and help maintain Skechers' premium shopping environment while growing toward Retail Management within our global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service management and ensure a great shopper experience.
• Supervise daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor team members to develop entry-level retail skills.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets through effective selling.
• Manage merchandising, restocking, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines with store management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth shopping experiences.
