Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a motivated Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations and mentor the team while delivering exceptional customer service. This entry-level management role covers daily operations, helping meet sales goals, and maintaining the premium Skechers shopping environment.

You will engage customers with product expertise, supervise opening/closing routines, and teamwork to drive store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as Key Holder or supervisor preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: deliver expert advice and ensure customers leave with the perfect fit and great experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and security standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock products, maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: address in-store challenges for a smooth shopper journey.
