Skechers is seeking a Floor Leader (Key Holder) to support store operations, mentor a retail team, and drive customer service excellence. You will oversee daily operations and help achieve sales goals while maintaining Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

The role offers entry-level management growth within a global brand, with flexible scheduling and on-the-job training to strengthen leadership and customer service skills.

Formación

• Strong customer service and sales ability to meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service management to ensure great shopper experience.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Execute merchandising and stock/inventory routines.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth operations.
