Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: guide staff to deliver expert product advice and a great shopper experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members to build skills in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and inventories with store management.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store issues quickly to ensure smooth experiences.
