Job summary

Skechers is seeking a motivated Key Holder to join our retail leadership team. In this entry-level management role, you will oversee daily store operations, mentor team members, support sales goals, and help preserve Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

You will engage customers with expert product advice, manage opening/closing procedures, and drive excellent service while promoting career growth within the Skechers global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure customers have a great experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: Supervise daily operations, including store opening/closing and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail, customer service, sales and daily ops.
• Sales and Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: Oversee stock/inventory routines and coordinate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure smooth customer experience.
