Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Key Holder to support store operations and mentor a frontline team in delivering exceptional customer service. This entry-level leadership role focuses on overseeing daily tasks, supporting sales goals, and maintaining Skechers’ premium shopping environment.

You will engage customers for product guidance, supervise opening/closing procedures, and help grow skills in retail leadership while contributing to a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer service management: engage with customers to deliver expert advice and ensure a great experience.
• Retail leadership: supervise daily operations and security procedures to maintain standards.
• Team leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail roles.
• Sales and goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store operations: merchandise, restock, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Retail supervisor duties: oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with management.
