Lush Handmade Cosmetics at Mall at Green Hills in Nashville seeks a Full Time Floor Leader to guide a team of sales associates on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead training, coaching, and store operations from opening to closing, ensuring brand standards and a positive working environment.

Responsibilities include coaching, customer service, brand education, DEIB leadership, cash handling, and visual merchandising in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales environments.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by coaching the team on the floor and adjusting layout to meet goals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience with product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical practices.
• Develop sales ambassadors through coaching and training.
• Lead DEIB initiatives and promote belonging within the team.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing, and store operations.
• Maintain visuals, merchandising, stock, and inventory standards.
