Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Greenville, SC is seeking a Floor Leader to drive sales, lead a team on the shop floor, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach sales ambassadors, manage daily operations, and promote the brand’s ethical values while supporting store performance and staff wellbeing.

Your role focuses on leadership, product passion, and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment at Haywood Mall.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using store data and results.
• Lead on customer experiences and product demonstrations to exceed daily goals.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical positioning in-store and events.
• Enhance product knowledge and provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Develop and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and growth.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
