Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader for the Shops of Saddle Creek in Memphis. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and educate customers on our brand values and ethical practices.

You will train staff, manage store operations, and ensure a positive, productive work environment while promoting customer satisfaction and brand standards on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team using store metrics and adjusting floor layout.
• Lead on delivering a world-class customer experience and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on brand values and ethical practices, and host events to drive traffic.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to customers.
• Train and coach sales ambassadors to improve performance and skills.
• Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication and collaboration.
