Job summary

Buckle in Nashville at The Mall at Green Hills is seeking a Leader in Training / Floor Leader to drive sales and lead merchandising and store operations. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and uphold Buckle standards across the floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap.

The role requires a strong customer focus, the ability to train and motivate staff, and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED mandatory or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related retail experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise to assist Guest needs.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest preferences.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and Team.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high levels of customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of exchange/return policies and procedures.
