Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader for Mall at Green Hills to drive sales and lead a team on the shop floor. You’ll coach Sales Ambassadors, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure exceptional customer service while upholding Lush values and ethical standards.

The role focuses on maximizing sales, building a positive team culture, and maintaining store standards through training and proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
