Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader in Orlando to support the Store Management Team across sales, opening/closing, and training activities. You will guide a team on the shop floor, driving a best-in-class customer experience and operational excellence.

You will lead by example to create a productive, positive work environment and help educate customers on our brand values, including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, and Ethical Buying.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce data and coach the sales team.
• Lead on customer experience and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush values and ethical packaging and policies.
• Expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
