Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for our Ohio store.

This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to enhance guest experience, drive sales, assist in recruiting Teammates, and provide frontline leadership across merchandising, cash register procedures, and daily store operations. Ideal candidates will bring retail experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months retail experience desired.
• Strong customer service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest service to meet KPI targets.
• Lead and train Teammates, assist in recruiting and onboarding.
• Manage merchandise, displays, and store cleanliness per standards.
• Support store operations and Loss Prevention practices.
