The Buckle, Inc. in Ohio seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support store leadership, drive sales, merchandise, and guest service.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, coach performance, and ensure operational standards. This full-time role offers hands-on leadership, a dynamic retail environment, and opportunities to develop your sales and people skills through daily responsibilities in Customer Service, Visual Merchandising, and store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to perform multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Respond to guest questions about store and merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating merchandise and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Support leadership in recruiting and developing Teammates and maintaining store standards.
