Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help fulfill our mission: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” The role covers sales, merchandising, and daily store operations under management, including cashiering, display work, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities.

You’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates, and provide leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months retail experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and store cleanliness.
• Coach and develop Teammates through daily interactions and training.
• Lead by example with outstanding customer service and strong work ethic.
