Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Ohio seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales and guest experience. You will lead by example in customer service, merchandising, training Teammates, and daily store operations to create a best-in-class shopping environment.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, executing visual standards, and maintaining store standards while developing talent and promoting Buckle’s mission throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales presentation and product knowledge.
• Coach Teammates and recruit new teammates for the store.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards throughout the shift.
