Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, coordinating bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events to deliver memorable guest experiences in Milpitas, CA. You will guide the team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team while managing service standards and safety

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality, food and beverage, or guest-facing experience.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring service flow, guests are happy, and the team moves across areas (bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, events).
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH/BOH operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills.
