Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across sales, openings/closings, and training. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor to exceed goals while delivering a world-class customer experience and upholding Lush values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjusting shop floor structure to exceed goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical initiatives in-store and in community events.
• Increase product knowledge and consistently recommend informed solutions for customer needs.
• Train Sales Ambassadors and peers on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication and inclusive teamwork.
