Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service on the shop floor and perform product demonstrations.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in store and events.
• Product Passion: expand product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Development: train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and growth.
