Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader for the South Shore Plaza location in Braintree, MA. You will support the Store Management Team, coach a team of sales associates, and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales.

You'll lead on-floor operations, participate in opening/closing routines, and help train staff, with a community-minded approach to skincare and ethical beauty. This role rewards leadership with hands-on impact daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in supervisory coaching and training.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using store metrics and feedback.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to meet and exceed goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical positioning, and engage with the community.
• Manage cash handling and store opening/closing tasks, ensuring security and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized visuals and inventory to enhance the customer experience.
