Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader for Garden State Plaza. You will support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, drive sales, open/close the store, analyze results, and lead training sessions to keep the store running like a well-oiled machine.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience supervising, coaching, and training staff.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce data and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
