Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Willowbrook, TX is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across sales, training and operations. You’ll spend your day on the shop floor, coaching a team of sales associates to hit targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining visual standards.

Responsibilities include driving sales using StoreForce, coaching, brand education on cruelty-free and ethical cosmetics, and fostering a positive, productive environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
