Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader for the First Colony Mall location in Sugar Land, TX. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, coach them to achieve and surpass goals, and deliver a memorable customer experience that reflects our ethical skincare brand values.

Responsibilities include coaching with StoreForce insights, driving sales, managing opening/closing tasks, and promoting our 100% vegetarian, cruelty-free cosmetics philosophy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the team using StoreForce dashboard insights.
• Deliver world-class customer service on the shop floor and demonstrate products.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
