Job summary

Lush is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team in all aspects of the business. You will drive sales, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding Lush’s ethical standards.

You will spend your day on the shop floor, coaching staff, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating with the team to exceed daily goals. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team using StoreForce insights and adjusting shop floor organization to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor and demonstrate products to customers.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical commitments through in-store interactions and events.
• Expand product knowledge and consistently recommend appropriate products to customers.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and sales results.
• Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication and respectful teamwork.
