Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust floor structure to meet/exceed goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical, vegan, handmade cosmetics.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
