Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader at Polaris Fashion Place to lead a team of sales associates and drive outstanding customer experiences. Your day-to-day will focus on coaching, sales performance, and brand stewardship on the shop floor.

You'll mentor staff, manage cash handling and opening/closing procedures, and help ensure operational excellence while upholding Lush’s cruelty-free, ethical values.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales roles.
• Proven supervisory experience with coaching and training.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies.
• Knowledge of skincare and ethical beauty is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical commitments in-store and during events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Lead and train Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and store results.
