Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United States seeks a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experiences by acting as Floor Supervisor and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will help drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievements.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, handling omni-channel orders, and maintaining visual displays while protecting assets and contributing to leadership goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience not required but leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong communication and fashion awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
