Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure quality in-store experiences and driving daily sales.

You will be part of the store leadership team, focused on customer experience and on achieving sales goals on the floor. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel order fulfillment, product knowledge, visual displays, and data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leading groups/teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing and assertive.
• Take initiative with confidence, adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
